Updates : A Journey of Self-Discovery

Hey there, ConqueHERS!

It's been quite a whirlwind of experiences and emotions lately, and I just had to share with you all. Life has thrown its fair share of new challenges, changes, and moments of doubt my way, but through it all, I've discovered so much about myself and the path I'm on.

One thing I've come to realize is that embracing change can be both exhilarating and uncomfortable. Those feelings of imposter syndrome crept in as I navigated uncharted territory, pushing me to question my abilities. But amidst the uncertainty, I've learned a powerful lesson: while I'm a natural healer, I can't carry the baggage of everyone around me. Instead, I've found different ways to be of service while still prioritizing my own well-being.

Transitioning between jobs brought its fair share of fear and challenges. It put all the work I've done on myself to the test, pushing me to reconnect with people and step out of my comfort zone. In these moments of vulnerability, I was reminded of my unwavering faith and the belief that there's a higher power guiding me through every step.

Discovering what brings me peace has been an incredible journey. From practicing self-love to engaging in meditation, journaling, stretching, and working out, I've learned to listen to the needs of my body, mind, soul, and spirit. Letting go of unrealistic pressures that I'd placed on myself allowed me to find a balance between pushing forward and granting myself the grace to take breaks when needed.

There's a quote that resonates deeply with me: "Each side is hard. You decide which one you want." This simple yet profound truth has become my guiding light. I'm committed to staying purpose-driven even in temporary situations, understanding that each step I take contributes to my growth.

Taking up space has been an empowering revelation. Recognizing that there's room for me, that I'm worthy of all the good that life has to offer, has shifted my perspective in monumental ways. It's a reminder that I can step into my own light and shine, unapologetically.
