This intimate 3-hour experience blends movement, mindfulness, and sisterhood. Through an Affirmative Strut class, meditation, journaling, wine, and intentional connection, women are invited to slow down, release, and reconnect with their confidence, femininity, and inner love. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, sexier, and deeply supported.
